The staff is friendly and inviting, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The food and coffee are aligned with what I expect from this chain. Rather than choosing a pastry, I went with a small loaf of sourdough bread, which they kindly sliced for me. I savored several slices with my coffee and took the rest home. My only minor concerns are that the music could be turned down a notch and that the dish tubs could be emptied more frequently, as they were quite full. Additionally, having more outlets for charging devices would be beneficial.
