A wonderful new establishment in my neighborhood! It’s the perfect place to relax, get some work accomplished, and savor a delicious latte with a tasty snack. The next time you’re thinking about going to Starbucks, think about trying First Slice instead.
The pie is amazing! On the other hand, some of the sandwiches could use a little work. Be sure to visit for the pie, and don't forget to enjoy the complimentary water while you're at it!
Hoosier Mamma stopped accepting Thanksgiving orders a month ago, but I discovered pies here that are just as good, if not better. They’ve got their logistics figured out too. If they had a slogan in Evanston, it could be, "Who's Your Pie Daddy?"
The pies are excellent and the Hip Hop Salad is amazing.
Best pie in the city!
