Epic Burger - Evanston

I recently dined at Epic Burger for the first time at their franchise location on Sherman in Evanston, IL. The dining experience was excellent and the staff was exceptional! Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. We have a child with a peanut allergy and the staff was very accommodating, double-checking labels to make sure our little one was safe. This level of care and attentiveness is rare in most restaurants and I highly recommend making the trip to dine at this location. It is definitely worth it!

This is a lovely restaurant with delicious food that is bursting with flavor. The burgers are a bit dry, but they are reasonably priced. The kitchen may be busy with orders, but the wait time is short.

This restaurant serves the best burger I have ever had. The service was quick and excellent, and the space was clean and spacious. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it.

I think it was the most expensive burger I've ever had. the quality of their burgers is not even close to justifying their prices. first I thought these prizes were for combos. not only that, I personally think that their burgers are not good at all. Overcooked/burned, dry and small. that was my first visit to epic burgers and I don't think I should go back there.

Short walk from my hotel, prompt service, but for the price, you could at least get my order right. Cashier specifically asked me what type of Mayo I wanted, but then didn’t get any Mayo at all. Specified that I wanted extra pickle, got 2 pickles. For a $17 burger, I just wanted it the way I ordered it.
