I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt and so kept ordering, but I’m done after going 0 for 3

There is a nice selection of different sides you can ge... read more Price point is a little higher but the tacos were delicious. Especially the pineapple pork shoulder one. There is a nice selection of different sides you can get to complete your taco platter as well which is really nice. Their chips and salaa are pretty good too. Waitress was super friendly and attentive and swiftly corrected the issue when a problem arose with one of our orders. Only negative aspect from the experience was the food was a little slow to come out when they weren't that busy. But that is easy to overlook given the overall positive experience!

The food was delicious--quality ingredients perfectly seasoned and prepared. Wait staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. The rooftop space is delightful--comfortable with lovely views. We passed through the main restaurant, and while it was a bit loud for us seniors, the liveliness was fun.

I called to make a reservation for the rooftop and was told we could be accommodated at 7:30. At 7:00 I received a text stating “your areexpected at Comida in 30 minutes”. We arrived a few minutes early and was told I did not have a reservation. I was surprisedbecause I had spoken with the hostess just a few hours before and was texted by the restaurant. We received numerous “I’msorry”s and were told to wait at the bar. My 22 year old daughter did not bring a purse and therefore did not have her ID. She was not planning to order anything. When I began to ask the bartender for a margarita, before I could finish my sentenceshe told me we couldn’t sit at the bar. We were told numerous times that our table would be ready in a few minutes. As wewaited and waited and waited, still more sorrys from the hostess. We were finally seated at 8:00, which if we were a walk inand were told it would be a 30 minute wait to sit on the rooftop we would have known that was the case. It took 30 more minutesto receive a our food. Should it really take that long to make a few tacos? Isn’t everything prepped in advance? The menudescriptions sounded delicious but the food itself was uninspiring, dry and lacked flavor. Actually it was pretty on par withTen Mile House. This was our first and last time visiting Comida. What a disappointment!

The food itself was just okay. I got thebyo bowl and I would have preferred a chipotle bowl same for my friend who ordered a boy bowl. The other people in our partyordered tacos and they said they were really good but that the tortillas were cold. Personally would not go again and would notrecommend.
