Al... read more While many people might opt for chicken, carnitas, or even the plant-based chorizo, my personal favorite is the steak. You can never really go wrong with it. All their rice options are also fantastic, not to mention their various toppings and condiments. I know a lot of folks like to order their chips. I usually skip them, but when I do indulge, I never regret it. They are crispy and light, with just the right texture—smooth enough that they don't hurt your mouth and nicely seasoned too. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 out of 5 is because, as many of us know, I often experience rapid bowel movements after eating there, resulting in some quality time spent in the bathroom. But with a little Pepto and ginger ale, I’m usually back to normal in no time. Overall, I really enjoy Chipotle!

However, the main reason I'm writing this review is that I desperately want hibiscus lemonade, and they never seem to have it—like, ever. I crave Chipotle's hibiscus lemonade every single day, and it’s so disappointing that I've tried both the Evanston location and the one on Sheridan in Rogers Park, yet it's always out of stock. I understand that it might sell out quickly, but can’t they just make more? At this point, all I want is some hibiscus lemonade, and I’m not sure what else to do. Chipotle, if you're reading this, please restock the hibiscus lemonade. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. Thanks—love you!

Asked politely and I was turned down by saying that it was 4oz even though was I got served wasn't even half of that.Now comes the turn of the other condiments and I ask for corn and I'm told there is no more...okay ...I'm about to pay, 4 seconds after the last fast and they just put new corn, so I ask politely again. I get turned down, my bowl is closed so I can't. Had to suggest a side cup and who seemed the manager forced this person to serve me.Overall a very bad experience. Seems like the people at this location don't want to work and do it with a very bad attitude.I'm not coming back again to this location
