Excellent little bake shop! I like using the walk up window since I usually only pass when I’m walking my dog. You have to try the monkey danish, which is croissant dough layered with cinnamon, sugar, and cream cheese icing. Their filled croissants are awesome too, like the bacon and cheddar. The staff is friendly as well. View all feedback.

I still don’t understand why they are opened for such a short time. A pure bakery classic in the central street Evanston.
The thing that blows me away about Beth's Little Bake Shop is their amazing staff. While waiting in line this morning, the individual at the counter knew everyone's name and order. There were two people who came in and they didn't even have to say what they wanted; the barista saw them and started making their coffees as soon as they walked in. To me, that's the sign of a wonderful establishment- not only do they have regulars, but they've taken the time to build relationships with those regulars! On top of having an amazing staff, they also have amazing food. I've gotten the macarons several times, and they are out of this world! I didn't get the hype about macarons before I had macarons from Beth's Little Bake Shop. They have so many fun flavors while still stocking the classics, and their fillings are sweet without making you feel like you need to immediately schedule an appointment with your dentist. My favorite is the creme brulee- they somehow get that perfect taste of toasty, crunchy sugar into a smooth frosting between the most delicate cookies ever. My boyfriend, who has a much smaller sweet tooth than I do, loves the chocolate peanut butter, the raspberry, and the lemon.
I absolutely love coming to Beth's. Everything is always delicious and everyone is so friendly. The Monkey Danish is my absolute favorite and my husband can't get enough of the ham and cheese croissants.

Staff are very rude, unreasonably defensive, untimely with no remorse, and TERRIBLE communicators. I felt uncomfortable interacting with them and will advise my networks, especially BIPOC to STAY AWAY from Beth’s Little “Bake Shop”
For some reason I want to eat brownies for breakfast today, which I found one of the best moist brownies at Beth's, I mix them with half a dozen macarons and the kids that are working behind the counter told me their favorite and I tried it. It was all good.. It's going to be a good day...
