I ate here on my way across the country. I was able to pull through the drive-thru with the full size pickup truck and a 12-ft trailer, which was pretty awesome. We are from out of town and stopped to grab a bite to eat. We went through the drive thru and was treated so horrendously by the girl working due to the fact that she couldn’t hear us over her speaker. Her name was Emily and we tried to explain to her that she shouldn’t be rude to us as it is not our fault her equipment doesn’t work. She continued to be short and snappy with us until we left. Arby's is almost always great. Where fast food is concerned, it's one of only a very few that I'll even go for.
Very cold inside. It was freezing outside but it felt the same inside.

The gentleman in the drive thru was super friendly, helpful, and even took the time to chat with me while waiting for my mozzarella sticks to freshly cooked. He noticed my doggo in the backseat and struck up a conversation about personal experiences with breed types. Before I knew it my food was hot and ready. I thanked him for the lovely chat, wished him a Merry Xmas/ happy holidays, and regretted not doing more to show my appreciation as I pulled away.
