Coffee here is second to none. Service is great and the drink options are great. I have 2 complaints that reduced my rating to 4 stars. First, the mobile app is hit or miss when being used on Android. I'm sure this will be fixed soon so doesn't affect my rating much. Second, the breakfast burritos taste like they are frozen. Usually coming to Ziggi?s is the best part of my morning, but stopping through today with my parents we unfortunately received terrible customer service. This made their first time experience a bad one. LISA?was very disrespectful in addressing my my mothers volume of speech while ordering. We Love Ziggi's It is 1000000% better than Starbucks! So many different options and tons of sugar free choices! I was impressed to see the franchise owner was working alongside the employees when we got our coffee! It's time to give Starbucks the boot!

Love this place. Fantastic coffee and really friendly staff members! Always stop here before starting the day off doing Uber/Door Dash deliveries. Oh.. and Pumpkin Spice all year? Say what?! Love it!
