What Kyama Milroy doesn't like about The Human Bean:
The last few visits to Greeley locations has left me with my drink incorrect and all around poor service. When I point out my drink is incorrect, getting it fixed comes with attitude. They changed their rewards program at the same time I was due for a free drink, I lost my free drink and was given a $1 off card. I love the crew at The Human Bean in Evans! On a recent walk I stopped by just to see if I could possibly order a couple of pup-cups for my 2 little doggos at home. They knew I wasn’t planning on ordering anything for myself. Yet they were more than happy to help me. I had expected to pay for them bc I wasnt getting anything else and the guy that made them said they always free no matter what.I can only speak of this location and the wonderful employees here, they ALWAYS seem like they are genuinely happy and in a good mood. Unlike someother chain coffee shops where you can tell they are only pretending to enjoy their job and to see you. The crew here truly enjoys seeing every one of their customers! Thank you for everything you do and honestly trying to make everyone’s day just a little bit better ???
The people here are literally the nicest employees ever. They already know me and my partners orders snd they are so welcoming everytime we come by! Absolutely best coffee place ever!!
