She... read more I walked in with my 6 year old daughter. There was one employee wiping the counter where the toppings are, so I looked at the menu on the wall for a while. She never greeted us. I looked at her a couple times to make eye contact thinking maybe that would let her know that I was ready to order. She looked back but never said anything, she just continued wiping. After standing at the counter for a while with no acknowledgment at all from the staff member, my daughter and I left. I’m leaving 2 stars because I’m not sure if this is a reflection of the business as a whole or just that one employee, but I definitely didn’t feel wanted and my daughter left disappointed. This was my first time going and will likely be my last.

It takes away the guess work on how much to spend but gives the kiddos the freedom to fill up the cup with as many flavors and toppings as they want. I also like that the fresh fruit toppings are stored in the back in individual containers. Flavors we recommend: Wild Strawberry, Tiger's Blood, Rocket Pop, Cookies and Cream, and Triple Chocolate.

Fell in love with this place the first time we came and before renovations. My wife and I would come occasionally in the afternoons. Today we go back after renovation and it looks bland, no more prayer wall or praise and shout, No more freshtoppings. It feels like the typical starbucks. Almost heartbreaking. Update Yay! Today we went back and things are much better.Changes are coming and yes they do listen to their customers. Thank you so much for that! 5 stars??

And they never change up the flavors, like would love to see coffee or cotton candy. And nowyou can't even see a menu. I didn't know if they still did milkshakes until I saw the smallest sign after checking out. I feellike they put more into the deco and asthetic than the actual product
