A mana... read more Can't say anything about the food. My sister and I waited 20 min at the bar area because they had a 20 min wait. Note:1/2 of the dinning room was closed. A manager/person came over in front of us to answer the ph and then turned his back to us and then left. Never asked to serve us a drink while we wait. We got up and left.. Red Robin got our $80.00 that day.

Shame for y'all cause I'm a great tipper too.

The order was incorrect as I asked for mustar... read more My wife and I ordered two hamburgers which were burnt black and inedible. The waitress did not check on us at all. The order was incorrect as I asked for mustard, ketchup, pickles, and cheese but received tomato, onion, lettuce, and no cheese. The employees were more focused on chatting behind the bar than attending to customers. The restrooms smelled terrible. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I am disappointed... read more The bathroom was dirty and the table, plates, and cutlery were not clean. The portion sizes of the food were very small and barely acceptable. I am disappointed as I have had better experiences at similar restaurants in the past where I felt full and even had leftovers to take home. I will be trying out other restaurants in the area to see how they compare.

We ar... read more After ordering from this restaurant through a delivery app and thoroughly enjoying the food, my family and I decided to visit in person for lunch one day. We arrived at around 3pm and were greeted at the reception. As we stood before them two adults, two children, and a toddler who needed a high chair the hostess, without hesitation and with a decisive tone, told us that they could not accommodate our party. This was followed by a foolish smile. I pointed to an empty table no more than two meters away, to which she responded that this table was for six people six people who may or may not show up. An entire section with more than eight tables, each with four chairs, was completely empty, But I chose not to argue further when it became clear that there was something suspicious that I couldn't understand in the way they handled the situation. I thanked her and we left, trailed by the same foolish smile. Just as a note, there were only four tables occupied at the time in the restaurant: two families and two single diners, each at a separate table.
