Every time I come to this specific location, something with my food is always wrong burned chow mein, veggies slimy (probably gone bad but used anyway , no sauce given with teriyaki chicken... . Do yourself a favor and go to the other locations on Robert C. Daniel Parkway or Ft Gordon.

I am willing to pay extra for premium options, but I expe... read more I ordered the teriyaki chicken and was disappointed to find that there was no teriyaki sauce included. I am willing to pay extra for premium options, but I expect to receive what I paid for. The portion size did not justify the almost $15 price tag. To top it off, the egg roll was missing from my order as well.

No greeting when I walked in (no customers were at the counter). I waited abt 20 seconds at the counter before I was even acknowledged. I walked in at 145pm, and my mobile order was supposed to be ready at 145pm. An employee at the window asked what I needed, I told him, I was there to pick up an order, and he says it will be a minute. So I proceed to sit down and wait. 5 minutes go by, and I can see my order setting on the line boxed up. By this time, 2 more customers walk in. Instead of being rude and asking for my order, I waited another 5 minutes. At 155pm, I finally received my order. Keep in mind that I stay 15 minutes away. By the time I make it home, our orders are borderline cold. What I don 't understand is the lack of care, and it 's ALWAYS like that when I go. Their customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE believe that will be my last time at the location, and it might be my last time giving Panda Express my money.
