The sides were enjoyable; the beans had some substance from the meat, and the potato salad tasted fresh, with a nice flavor from the hard-boiled egg. I ordered the ribs from the specials. Since I'm from Texas, I was anticipating beef ribs for that price, but instead, I received pork ribs that weren't spare ribs. I only got one bite of meat from each rib, and while the flavor was decent, there was a strange yellow sauce on top. Is this a Carolina-style yellow mustard sauce? It wasn't the right cut of rib for my taste. Thanks.
