We reserved a table for an Advent dinner for 5 people, had an excellent meal and were well served. So much for the outstanding positive impressions. Village pub ambience from the 70s as described in many other reviews is completely accurate. But, the guest room, kitchen and sanitary area were very clean. I would summarize it like this: food freshly cooked, tasty and plentiful. Ambience not suitable for a family celebration or a business event. If you take this into account, you can eat very well here for an excellent price/performance ratio.
Unfortunately closed due to retirement. Thank you for the many great years. Good middle-class restaurant. Always delicious and fresh. Schnitzels are freshly breaded. Big portions for little money. Steak with onions absolutely recommended. The schnitzel with onions is also delicious. This is also gratinated with cheese. A small schnitzel with fries costs just €11.50. There's really nothing you can say against that.
