The service undoubtedly makes an effort, although a little more energy here and there would have been nice. I was pretty disappointed with the food because it looked good, but my burger patty was still almost raw on the inside, but the fries were dry. Overall, you should get your own impression of the place, even though I probably wouldn't come back.
