Since I've eaten here several times before, I couldn't understand this stance and wanted to leave. At that moment, the employee became loudly agitated, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. You shouldn't treat customers like that, regardless of whether you're having a bad day or have personal problems. Very disappointing – this is not how customer service should be. Reply: Which customers complained, exactly? The two or three people at the very back who didn't hear anything anyway? Please: I asked twice, and you told me that you don't sell small portions.
