Northern Republic - Euroa

I had a wonderful experience last night at High Time! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I had some special dietary needs, and the owner took the time to check on me throughout the evening. I highly recommend this place for any event or dining occasion!

A hidden gem right in front of the carbahn. euroa is worth planning their trip along the hume freeway. the North Republic is a must to visit. great decor with a menu to compliment. we had the Share-Platter with a combination of barramundi, olive, green salate, pork and slowly boiled rib. all delicious. they only need an additional payment point to large parties who can pay cash so diners their bill on a more timely wise. we're coming back.

Great place. a must for anyone who passes euroa has only one trip here to eat at this place. the chef asked to suggest a few dishes, everything was super delicious!

I enjoyed my visit to North Republic. the building itself was very picturesque and the staff was polite and attentive. eating itself (mostly pizza) was of high quality and what they would expect from a gourmet pizza. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who passes. it would be a great stop if they were on a road trip along the hume highway. it wouldn't take them too far from the autobahn.

We thoroughly enjoyed dinner here. Had an excellent pizza plus starters and dessert. Lovely atmosphere, good service.
