The wait time is ridiculous. I watched the barista prepare my coffee, and he made it incorrectly. When I pointed it out, he just added some chocolate powder on top and handed me the same drink. It’s frustrating—there’s a job to be done, you know? View all feedback.
We just purchased $45 worth for lunch. It took over 15 mins while we waited in the car.When asked for a refund as our food was now cold, the manager refused. Saying too bad.Worst experience at a maccas and won’t be back.
Euroa Maccas is possibly the slowest Maccas in Australia. I had to wait at the drive thru to pay and at the next window (waiting for the food), I waited 12 minutes. Always an easy win with the kids, I have to admit that I quite like their coffees these days. While I do prefer talking to a real person, the order computer thing is good when it gets busy.
