The prices are quite high, and while some of the staff are excellent, others provide terrible service. I experienced long wait times for my order, and I noticed employees walking by without offering assistance. Overall, the service was very disappointing. I would rate the food at 3 out of 5, the service at 1 out of 5, and the atmosphere at 1 out of 5. View all feedback.
Unexpectedly tasty food option at a highway services!
September 2022: Decent tasting kebabs and dim sims. Very expensive for size though. Very skinny kebab was $14. Dim sims $1.50 each.
Do not know about the food quality. Our corporate credit card was charged for $18.27 instead of $18.00 written on the receipt. Is it a common practice to collect extra cents without informing the customer?
Useless woman on at lunch time. Wanted to order a potato cake. Waited ten minutes while she ignored everyone and did her own thing as slow as possible and then essentially went backwards in order serving the people that just got there and not the people waiting for ages. Just walked off in the end.
Good god, where to begin…I’ve visited this place 3 times driving to Melbourne and every time it’s the same thing, the staff come across very condescending and rude, the wait time is BRUTAL (30 min plus for one kebab) the first time I visited they completely forgot about the order somehow…I could go on about the food but the theme thus far perfectly reflects the final product.If a business like this can remain profitable then I guess anything is possible.
