In-n-out Burger - Eureka

I found a hair on my steering wheel that came from the burger, and the lettuce was wilted. This franchise is terrible. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I expected better. I ended up throwing away the two cheeseburgers I bought since I was already driving and didn’t want to turn around. Absolutely disgusting.

I'm really disappointed. There was so much hype surrounding this place over the years, and I finally tried the signature animal-style burger. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan. The fries were lackluster, despite looking good. On a positive note, the service was excellent!

This was our first visit, and the burgers were incredible. It's definitely my favorite burger spot now. The highlight of the Eureka location was Victor! He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave us hats, took our pictures, opened doors, and so much more. He truly made it the best dining experience we've ever had. Thank you!

Traveling on vaca and checking out popular north west things. I was excited to see why this place is so popular and I was not disappointed. Greeted by an enthusiastic man in uniform who handed out goodies. Staff all seemed happy, which you don?t see often. Burgers were awesome. I love the sauce and the toasting on the bun. Fries were okay considering everyone has a preference there.

Great place to get that quick ???? only thing is I wish there food would be just a little bit hotter when we get it through the drive thru . Our fries are always cold
