Unfortunately, the staff prepared a vegetarian option instead of the cheeseburger I ordered, so my husband had to drive back to return it. The manager was very apologetic and took the initiative to personally prepare the correct order. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was a bit disappointing, especially considering that the cheeseburger costs $11, which is quite steep for a fast food meal.
