Taco Bell - Eugene

The fast food at this restaurant is great! They also offer extra toppings to enhance the flavor even more.

Having not visited a Taco Bell since before the pandemic, I was surprised by the numerous changes I encountered. One major change is the emphasis on minimizing contact with staff by using the electronic order screen to place orders. This technology offers a variety of add-ons, which can increase the total cost of your order. For instance, my $10 box ended up costing me $12.80 after completing the order. The food quality met my expectations and each item was generously filled. The only interaction with staff was to pay and provide my name, as well as to inquire about hot sauce preferences. Overall, it was a positive experience with minimal wait time.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and affordable compared to other places. The drive-thru is quite fast. Every time I have visited the Green location, it has not been as crowded as the Taco Bell in Roseburg. The building is also very nice.

Went in at 7:30 a.m. and had a fairly large order. The got it ready in a few minutes and the staff was very friendly.

Horrible service lady behind the counter chatting with fellow employee and told me to use kiosk to order I said for a cash sale she said yes then it gives you the option to pay cash and I'll take your money I suppose this is the way of the world now self. checkouts instead of a cashier then a line of female patrons comes in and she starts taking orders Friday 10/06/2023 12:07 in the afternoon
