The staff is always polite when I'm in the store, but it's always a nightmare. Always. At least half the time they don't answer the phone at all and hang up immediately. And when they answer, it's very difficult to hear them. I always go back because it's my favorite. Thai place in town, and the guys working there seem like cool guys, but I think they're badly overworked and overwhelmed.

Had it from here before and it was fine but ordered recently and it was AWFUL. pad se ew is my favorite food feel like its pretty hard to get wrong. far too much pepper and the flavor was just very very off. paid over 20$ for it to be delivered and didn't even eat it. Delivery packaging should be changed as when my food arrives its a soggy gross brick in the container. There was no wait the food was picked up immediately and dropped off within 20 minutes. If you cant handle offering delivery then don't offer it. When I pick up from here as a delivery driver during peak hours there's always a wait and like one or maybe two people working clearly understaffed.
