I placed an online order during the lockdown, thinking it would be the most convenient option. I ordered two simple subs, both toasted. However, when I got home, I found that both were untoasted. One was supposed to be a BLT with ham, salami, and pepperoni, while the other was a Philly cheese and a BLT, both with spinach. I hope this review prompts them to improve their takeout orders. This particular Subway location was disappointing. They were out of the sauces and toppings I wanted, took too long to prepare my sandwich, and there was only one staff member working. I got sick the next day, and when I returned a week later for another sandwich, the situation was the same—only one employee, a long wait, and a complete lack of the toppings and sauces I desired. I got sick again. I won't be returning.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering online from Subway. I ordered a footlong sandwich, but my coworker picked up a 6-inch that wasn’t even toasted. I had to use the rest of my lunch break to go back and get it corrected. When I returned, I noticed an employee accidentally drop a piece of provolone cheese into the tuna and then mix it back in with the other cheese. He also dropped another slice on the counter and just put it back with the rest. To make matters worse, he used a wet knife to cut my sandwich, which made it soggy. I’m not sure if that violates health standards, but it definitely didn’t leave a good impression. Maybe it was an off day for them, but overall, my experience was disappointing. At least I got a free cookie out of it!
