The girl that was... read more Stopped by between 8:00 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. on Thursday, February 27th, 2025. I wanted to pick up a sandwich for my lunch for work the next day. The girl that was cleaning the counter told me she was on break and could not help me. Why is she cleaning the counter if she's on break? Apparently there were no other employees. Anyway, I left and went to Panda Express instead. I will not be going back to that Subway again. Very, very poor service. Why are they open if shes on break? This is inside a mall. I left somewhat appalled after the woman making my sandwich used her gloved hand to hand somebody their forgotten, very dirty backpack, then proceeded to go bac... read more I left somewhat appalled after the woman making my sandwich used her gloved hand to hand somebody their forgotten, very dirty backpack, then proceeded to go back to making my sandwich with the same gloved hand. I beg the manager to please go over cleanliness with their employees. Not only this, the employee wasn’t very nice throughout the entire experience. Subway was my first job, and I know they can do better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
