I appreciate that this is a local business and I enjoy supporting it whenever I can. The food is delicious, especially the chicken dishes, and I'm thrilled that the pumpkin spice flavor is back. In terms of kid-friendliness, I love that they offer drinks suitable for children without caffeine.

My daughter, who is a sweet 14-year-old, has been mistreated every single time she has come here. The most recent experience involved the older lady, but she has also had similar encounters with another woman. Today, the older lady acted as though my daughter was a huge inconvenience for simply ordering something from their shop. She displayed attitude, eye-rolling, and big sighs while my daughter tried to decide what to order. This type of behavior also occurs when I visit. Usually, the younger blonde woman is rude to me, but the older lady is tolerable. However, overall, it is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They seem to not care at all, despite my efforts to be nice and respectful. I usually brush it off, but it angers me to see my shy daughter treated so poorly just for ordering a drink. She came home upset and expressed that she did not want to return because she felt they were mad at her. This is unacceptable. The only positive aspect is that the drinks are decent and the location is convenient, but it is not worth enduring their disrespectful attitudes. It is alarming to see that there are not more complaints about the treatment from these ladies after reading other reviews. It makes me wonder if they have some kind of bias towards my daughter and me. It is disturbing to think that people may still be discriminated against based on skin color in 2023. It cannot be a coincidence that every time we visit, these ladies appear to be having a bad day. I usually give people another chance when they are rude, as we all have bad days, but my daughter has been mistreated on all four of her visits. I tried to give them multiple chances before writing this review, but the situation only worsened each time. These ladies need to improve their behavior and treat their customers with respect, regardless of their race, age, or background. They must do better.
