Description
In the heart of Eugene, this restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences. While the atmosphere is praised for its excellent game-day vibe, including a multitude of televisions and an engaging bar staff, several patrons lament slow service and mismanaged orders. Dishes like sliders have drawn criticism for arriving late and poorly prepared, while those arriving after experienced timely service. Though the drinks receive commendations, particularly from the lively bartender, many customers report feeling overlooked, resulting in disappointment. Ultimately, while it may excel in ambiance, significant improvements in service and food consistency are necessary for a more satisfying visit.
Feedback
Wow, they were open until midnight on Friday night, July 2nd. Not a large crowd, but a good sign as pandemic restrictions are easing. I also had a huge and delicious BLT sandwich on rye bread with plenty of crispy and non-greasy Tator tots.
Is one star the lowest rating possible? This place doesn’t even deserve that. I honestly cannot conceive of why I would ever come here again and neither should you. I ordered the sliders you see here that arrived 20+ minutes after I ordered them: burned and dry af, and what’s more, at least 3 tables who arrived after me and placed orders after I did got their food first. And they were not busy at all. The inside of the bar was completely empty. Beer: their beer menu, considering their location in the craft beer capital of the world, is utterly underwhelming. Service: seems to be ok if you’re a reg and they know you. Otherwise, they’ll get to you when they feel like it. Hint: want more regulars? Treat us like you want us to come back. I for one likely never will.
It's a good bar friendly pretty staff but almost everytime I go there I blow my whole wad on the poker machines
Amazing place amazing personal great eating and had a wonderful time with them on any technology alongside the wonderful atmosphere and dinge
