I ordered a pizza online with the expected pickup of 6:14. Got to the store at 6:18 and they told me the pizza was just being put on the line and would be ready... read more I ordered a pizza online with the expected pickup of 6:14. Got to the store at 6:18 and they told me the pizza was just being put on the line and would be ready in 10 minutes. It was busy so I could understand it, even though at this point I had ordered my pizza 20 minutes ago. After 10 minutes of waiting I dont get called for my pizza so I start paying attention to them, assuming mine will be out soon. As I'm watching I notice at least 10 people walk in, place an order, and get their pizza. Ano … – show

All of the staff was super nice. They rushed through the process though and there wasn’t even a line. It was nice not to have a line but I would have waited in one of that meant having a better pizza. The person putting ingredients on was just grabbing and tossing and twice we had to remind them to use dairy free cheese because they were rushing and doing habitual things. Also, they were moving so fast that cheese and other toppings were all mixing together in the … – show
