I believe we tried one of each flavor, and everyone was raving about the texture of the buns and the taste of the steak curry, Dan-o-Mite seafood mixture, and chicken curry, among others. We decided to go for the chef's choice at $30 each, which turned out to be a glorious feast. We received three rounds of sushi, and with each bite, it seemed to get better. Throughout our meal, Rose remained attentive, accommodating all of our needs. This is unquestionably my favorite sushi place, and I can't wait for many more dinners here!

Just a heads up: it's best to make a reservation well in advance, especially for larger groups. One of the great things about Mame is that they stay open late for you. I recently celebrated my son’s 25th birthday there, and since we were a party of 12, it was challenging to accommodate us during regular hours. Taro graciously offered us a slot after closing, so we had the place to ourselves from 11 PM to 1:30 AM. I highly recommend Mame to anyone looking for a unique sushi experience, far removed from the many other sushi spots in Oregon. It’s truly one of a kind!
