It's not hard, takes 5 extra seconds.

After my fiancé and I got home and unpacked our meals, I noticed my mac and cheese bowl combo was missing the fries. When I called the restaurant, they told me... read more After my fiancé and I got home and unpacked our meals, I noticed my mac and cheese bowl combo was missing the fries. When I called the restaurant, they told me I could either return through the drive-thru to get a small fries or come back the next day, but there would be no refund. So, I paid for a combo and ended up with less food, plus I had to spend extra gas to go back. The staff didn’t even apologize. I definitely won’t be returning to this KFC, especially this location. The quality of the chicken and the service seem to be declining. If Colonel Sanders were still around, he’d probably be disappointed in both the food and the service from his employees.
