I don’t actually eat food that is this poor quality but unfortunately was passing through with a long drive and when looking up restaurants this one came up with great pictures of food. Let me tell you, false advertising all the way! I am from Salem area and the only place I see prices like these is in Portland for insanely good food. It was very overpriced for burgers and they were the yuckiest burgers-frozen patties that are made to look like real fresh meat. Its been 10 plus years since I have had a frozen burger patty. Also waitress never came back to take order-don’t sit outside if you want service you have to go inside and do it all yourself. I literally NEVER leave a review for anything but this was so bad trying to help the next person not waste their time and money for poor quality food that should not be in your belly! Service wasn’t great, we sat outside and had to find waitresses to let her know we were ready to order and when we were ready to pay.. Got the pretzel for $13 and it’s a frozen reheated pretzel, not handmade. Burgers are almost all close to $20 and made from frozen patties, along with frozen fries and totts. Very basic bar food and nothing more. Voted best burgers in Eugene??? The competition must be really horrible!!! Not impressed at all and definitely won’t be wasting our money there again. Maybe the foodie in me expected more, but rightfully so when I?ve had great food for less. Still worth trying. Some oftheir other menu options seemed like they?d be worth trying. Was told that our chicken pot pie was delicious and fresh! Attn:Chef- go easy on the BBQ sauce on the Ohana burgers and switch up the bread. Hamburger buns usually aren?t so flaky and dry .

The burgers and sandwiches are always 5+ stars for size and quality, their fries are perfect, and their staff is amazing. Yesterday we weregiven 5+ star service by Cameron who was quick, friendly, professional, and made our trip amazing. The blonde bombe and fries myhusband got was phenomenal, and the mighty Quinn's and fries with ranch for me was perfect. Thanks for another perfect meal!!!
