Brail's - Eugene

Simple and delicious breakfast place with many options. We went back two days in a row. This is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee and some inexpensive foods. We're coming back!

This is a friendly place to get some food. The staff was courteous, and quick to get orders taken. The place is really clean and the crew does not hesitate to clean-up after a customer leaves. The food is good and hot! It was overall a little bland to my liking and nothing really stood out as being, I gotta have that! We will come back again for sure, as there is a wide selection of sweet and savory options to choose from.

I've been coming to brails for 20 years and the quality hasn't change a slightly upper class bistro/diner/hang over coffee/comfort food palace. Today I had a chicken skillet while waiting for my car to get repaired at a local auto shop. The food was excellent and the waitress, Dawn, didn't bat an eye when I said I would be sipping coffee and writing for an hour or so. In fact, I was in the far fourth room and she said when it gets shut down for the morning I'm welcome to stay in there to write where it would be quieter. God I love it here. So awesome to see it expanded and doing well. I was terrified the pandemic would shut it down and look forward to further outings here now that my family is vaccinated.

Brails is a bit of an institution in Eugene. Classic diner fare, and they do it well. Staff was excellent and very prompt. Had the veggie benedict today and asked for the house potatoes well done. It was all very good. Hit the spot. Breakfast with coffee was $16 plus tip.

First time here. Excellent food and service. Has a lunch counter. I haven't seen one of those in years. My wife had the BLT with onion rings, I had the Spanish omelet with hash browns and toast. Only complaint was the a/c was turn down and a little on the cool side. But we won't have any problems with coming back, will take a jacket along.
