I enjoyed my first time here after being curious having delivered it for Door Dash quite a few times. I ordered fried rice with beef but was surprised when the chef did not agree to this protein combination although it's offered on the menu. After some convincing I was able to have it my way. It was delicious and I nearly finished the whole plate myself. Sesame balls were nice for dessert. We sat at the picnic table out front on a warm day which was lovely, aside from Eugene's local noisy riff raff. I should mention my stomach was not happy later in the day and I'm attributing it to the food here, but maybe I should have listened to the chef and ordered chicken or tofu. Perhaps I'll try the pho next time. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The food here is excellent. I recommend the 1/2 sandwich and small soup combo with a Thai tea. The yellow curry pho was amazingly delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Being from Vietnam ourselves, we just want to provide some constructive feedback here. The Spicy Beef soup didn’t have the authentic flavor at all unfortunately. The Pork Sandwich was also not made hot, which defeated the purpose of the hot Banh My concept in Vietnam. We hope to be able to give higher ratings once the dishes show improvement.

I have to say that I decided to try Bon Mi because of the reviews mentioning how they hadn't found good quality Pho since being in the Bay Area, which has also been my exact issue. The broth always seemed to lack flavor, but the Curry Pho from Bon Mi was absolutely delicious! The broth had amazing flavor without needing any additional sauces, and although it may sound simple, it is probably one of the best soups I have ever tasted. Next time, I will try the spicy Pho, but the Curry Pho was too tempting to resist tonight (even though we are in the middle of a heat wave, haha!). I also tried a Thai Iced Tea, which was fantastic. After just one meal, I am already adding this place to my favorites list, and I consider myself to be quite picky.

The banh mi at this restaurant is delicious! I decided to try the combo today because I was curious about their soups. The spicy pho had a decent soup base, but overall, I wasn't a huge fan of it. The meat tasted a bit old, which I think may be due to trying to order pho to-go since the meat becomes overcooked sitting in the broth. Both the spicy pho and spicy banh mi were pretty mild in spiciness, but still had good flavor!
