It is something unique, I am not exactly sure if it's fusion Asian or Asian food from northern China as I have been to Southeast China before. I am never disapointed when I eat here. I got the chicken fries and tea while at the Asian celebration festival, really cool people and the food is delicious! also having the option for a cold ginger... read more I got the chicken fries and tea while at the Asian celebration festival, really cool people and the food is delicious! also having the option for a cold ginger tea on such a hot day was a life saver most of the carts only offered bottled water and canned soda so this was a pleasant surprise! If you haven't tried these guys yet, do it! it's well worth it!
