They hadn't even S... read more Ordered a pizza online at 5:42. Estimated pickup time was 6:07. Knowing that orders always take longer at this location, I showed up at 6:30. They hadn't even STARTED making my order yet. If you order pizza from this location and expect to have itwithin an hour, you will be disappointed every. single. time. That being said, it was really good pizza and the manager on dutycomped my order without me even asking. I genuinely think they're doing the best they can while chronically under-staffed.

I usually avoid negative reviews because I prefer addressing issues directly and respectfully. However, speaking with the manager here is pointless—she is rude, disorganized, and imposes her political views on customers, which is both unprofessional and inappropriate. If I could give zero stars, I would. Besides the manager, this “brand new” location is poorly managed. They frequently run out of popular Casey’s items, and the cashiers seem more interested in their phones at the register than assisting customers. Don’t bother trying to use the gas discount—cashiers often don’t know how to apply it. This has happened to me three times within a month. The only reason I continue to visit this Casey’s is because they offer E85 fuel for flex-fuel vehicles. I have reported all these issues to corporate and hope to see improvements soon.
