Their menu is loaded with delicious options, especially for those who love extra cheese. Both Eubank Pizza and Mill Springs serve pizzas overflowing with more cheese than anywhere else. Fresh from the oven, the cheese stretches impressively long, making each bite a delight. Be sure to try the cheese sticks—they’re a must-have item on the menu at either spot.

However, once I... read more The staff at Eubank Pizza were excellent and very friendly, despite being incredibly busy with orders. I didn’t mind waiting for my food at all. However, once I got home, I noticed the pizza dough was undercooked—so much so that I could still form dough balls from it. I had to bake the pizzas again in my oven at 375°F for an extra 15 minutes. The team at Eubank Pizza is wonderful, but I hope they take a bit more time to ensure every item on their menu lives up to their great reputation.

The Italian Beef sandwich, in particular, is more than worth trying and remains one of my favorite dishes they offer.
