Tom's Dairy Freeze - Etobicoke

Drove all the way from Oakville to Tom’s Dairy Freeze only for the girl up front to say that they only accept cash. We went to their ATM and they had a huge error sign on it saying the machine is down and not working. I went back and politely explained to the girl that we drove over 30 minutes to come down here and she was not able to help us at all! Told us to go to look for another ATM machine. We got frustrated and so disappointed and left. It’s 2023 what kind of place only accepts cash? It was so inconvenient and the fact that we drove all this way just for you to not help or accommodate was extremely disappointing. You have definitely lost some customers

Love this classic retro style soft serve hot spot! We make a point of driving out here during the warmer months. It's cash only and parking is limited so just keep that in mind. Some nights the line can be down the block, definitely worth the wait though! ???

Classic Etobicoke establishment, you have to go at least once. Cash only, long line ups, poor parking and great ice cream. I love the character of the place.Did the servings get smaller?

Best ice cream around!!!!!Been a loyal customer for close to 50 years and counting. Same great ICE CREAM, not milk, every year!!! Friendly, fast service and the best soft serve around!!! Be prepared for long lines, but it's worth the wait, trust me!!! ENJOY!!!

Little cozy, outdoor place in the neighbourhood, gives the surrounding area a lot of character. My little brother loves this place, and my dad would always ask us to get him something when we’d go.
