It is a little hard to find but it was worth the effort. Best to be travelling east on Dixon Road and make a right turn. Met a friend for wings on Thursday at 5pm. Beer was cold and tasty (Creemore usually is the best). Wings were very good and served hot with fries. Crinkle type fries I think from frozen. Not my favourite but tasty. Shawntella very friendly. I liked the Jerk wings best. Washroom was clean. Noticed t... View all feedback.

I went to this location during my stay since it was two blocks away from my hotel. I have to give this place 3 do to its service. The food was good and a lot to choose from. But the waitress were rude, took forever for just refills for water. Took over 15 minutes just to take my order. But on a good note the good was hot, good and a nice portion. They have a lot of tvs, nice size bar, upstairs and outside sitting are... View all feedback.
Most of the Toronto airport area restaurants are crazy expensive. We were very glad to find St. Louis Bar and Grill has a franchise on Dixon Rd. It is located just off of the 401 and has the same great prices and daily specials as the ones in your hometown. We arrived in the mid afternoon and headed over. The place was moderately busy but we easily found seats. The server was very friendly and quite funny while being professional. I am sorry to say I forgot her name but I remember she had just moved from Ottawa if that helps identify her. I had read other reviews and I guess I was surprised by the negativity. It was your typical road house restaurant with great service and great food. The day we visited was Wednesday so the burgers and beer were on special. Our table of 4 all enjoyed our meals and probably spent a third of what we would have spent at other airport area restaurants. When you are travelling, you have enough expenses and it is always nice to know you are dining at a place that you know and trust. So glad we found this location. We look forward to returning some day soon.
Made reservations for our basketball team. Meal order was taken by one waitress. No interaction for almost an hour after that. We had to go around and find more water and cups ourselves. Arrived 11:40... left 2:00. One waitress was pleasant but the other was rude and condescending. We were the only people there! Slow service... food was okay but not great. Not impressed! We won’t be coming back!
On a Wednesday night , with a Leaf Game on , only 2 servers working the restaurant sports bar ,,,,,,,,, was not busy with the place only half full. The service was very slow . Not sure if it was management or short staff issues. The food was hot coming out but portions were not very generous . We had young kids with us and waiting over an hour for food was not acceptable. will not be going back anytime soon.
THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST SERVERS!!! Servers ate not qualified to serve as they don’t know the value of time and good customer service. These people don’t care about the customers. They just giggled around and when you ask about your order they seem to play safe and would not even apologize. They are the people who come to work but don’t really care about their job.. service was bad then but it has gotten worts. Server with long purple hair, black long hair. They are the worst servers!!!!
Absolutely aweful service. Apparently they have a policy where they won't seat you unless your entire party is there. I asked for a table of 4 and I was the first one there. My friend works down town, his girlfriend in Vaughn and another friend near York University. Thanks St. Louis... you just lost a long time loyal customer because of this arrogance. I'm happy and comfy at Boston Pizza just down the road where they had no issue giving me their last table of 4... shows the difference in customer service
