Decided to try this place that serves Mediterranean cuisine. I ordered the regular beef shawarma which was a good size. The beef was tender and tasteful, served in pita bread which was warm and a bit crunchy which I liked. Toppings of choice can be added such as lettuce, tomatoes,onions, green olives, turnips, pickles,parsley, hot peppers then one can also choose the spice level from mild to extreme. What S S doesn't like about Osmow's:
Used to be a very regular customer and spent a lot of money there. It was a 5 Star place. Meals used to be prepared with care but the last couple of months the standards have dropped and I end up with an unappealing meal just slopped without any concern for presentation into a takeout container. I absolutely adore this restaurant! Even my young children enjoy the food at Osmow's. We frequent this place often and typically order the chicken on the rocks and beyond meat with rice. As a vegetarian, I strongly desire for them to reintroduce the beyond meat option as it was phenomenal. The beyond steak, however, is not as satisfying and has led me to choose the veggie option less frequently. I urge the restaurant to please bring back the beyond meat option. The vegetarian options just aren't the same without it. I would give a 5-star rating for the beyond meat, but unfortunately, the beyond steak only deserves about 2 stars at best.
I decided to visit this restaurant as I have enjoyed dining at their other locations before. I found this spot to be equally as good with fresh, quickly-made food and friendly staff. The atmosphere was pleasant, and there were clean washrooms available inside. I enjoyed my meal and would definitely return. The parking availability at this location is also a 10/10.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for some time now. As they have become busier, the attention to preparing food has decreased, resulting in a slight decline in the quality of the food. The same shawarma tastes different each time I order it.
Waited 10 minutes for the cashier to be ready to take our order for them to tell us only then that they were only taking cash at the moment. There could have been some sign posted or they could have told us once we entered. There were only our group of 3 and 2 other people in the restaurant.
Placed an order today 3 out of 4 items incorrect. Cold, prepared improperly and missed item.When I phoned to have it addressed they would not refund my money nor replace it. They offered for me to pick up (original was deliver). Would not take my number to have manager call me back.Beyond disappointed. I put the whole thing in the garbage!! I have been here many times and this was so gross and disappointing.So many great places to order from so choose a place that will stand behind their product.
