Contribute FeedbackMilestones, a midmarket restaurant franchise, is falling behind competitors like Cactus Club and Joey's. Recent changes in ownership have led to a decline in food quality, disappointing longtime customers. While the service remains top-notch, complaints about greasy burgers, noise levels, and lack of menu innovation are common. Despite these issues, some diners still enjoy their experience, praising the appetizers, ambiance, and attentive servers. However, with a location closing in the near future, loyal patrons are left with mixed feelings about the restaurant's future. Ultimately, Milestones needs to step up their game to survive in the competitive restaurant industry.
The staff at this restaurant on December 20th made my Christmas lunch with a dear friend memorable. The gluten-free mushroom soup, calamari, and small California salad were all delightful.
This restaurant is charming and the staff is great. Jacob was amazing!
We were warmly welcomed at our favorite family restaurant. We all enjoyed the steak frites, and the parmesan fries were fantastic. One person in our group said the steak with butter was the best they've ever had. I treated myself to the warm ginger sticky toffee pudding with ice cream for the holiday season, and it was delicious. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing, and we didn't feel rushed to finish our meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.
Three of us went to Milestones on the Queensway for dinner. As they were fully booked we sat out on the patio. Two of us had the chimichurri sea bass and one of us had the portobello mushroom chicken. The service was friendly and prompt and all the food was good.
The food at this restaurant is quite delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and we always have an enjoyable dining experience here. The drinks are also excellent.
