All of these items were given to me in two paper bags, which were unable to hold the weight of the bucket chicken and fries. I suggest that this restaurant does not use paper bags for large orders, or at least test their durability before using them. I called the KFC branch to let them know about this issue. Therefore, I do not recommend this KFC for take-out orders. Additionally, I ordered a Diet Pepsi but received a regular Pepsi instead. The quality of the food was average. I have had much better KFC chicken in the US and India. This was my first time trying KFC in Canada, and it was a disappointment. It's unfortunate!

When I arrived at the restaurant, my order wasn't ready, and the staff seemed unaware that an order had been placed through the app. This was a bit inconvenient but didn't bother me too much.However, the real disappointment came when I got home and tasted the chicken. It was far from fresh; the quality was lacking, and it didn't live up to the KFC standard I've come to expect. It was disheartening to receive a subpar product after patiently waiting.I hope this feedback helps KFC improve their app ordering process…

They also forgot my water and didn't understand what I wanted to order 3 times. Don't recommend this location.
