Hello, I've been dreaming of the baguettes that I bought at ,,Sophie,, in Etaples for years.Hello Noemi I know very well that you don't remember me, it's normal you have the same professional and caring attitude towards all the customers, personally the two minutes of attention between ,,less cooked,, and ,,well cooked,, for me made the difference between Chez Sophie and other bakeries.Despite my accent being European I I have always been treated as an equal customer to others and that adds more human value to everyone who works at Sophie. Il suffit de traverser le pont rose pour entrer dans un autre monde chez Sophie ! L'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de la serveuse avec un large sourire est superbe ! La rapidité et l'efficacité sont les maîtres-mots du service. Le panini poulet au curry était un délice, servi chaud comme je l'avais demandé et si gentiment présenté sur un plateau ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse et son personnel, en plus d'être bien située près de la place du marché !

We stopped off here as we were looking for somewhere for breakfast on a Sunday morning. As they are a boulongerie with a cafe it fitted the bill. Would return. Easy parking out front for a few cars. On route to Le Touquet.

My wife and I purchased two made sandwiches to eat on our trip both the bread and filling, of tuna were fine and I would highly recommend this bakery over others in the town.

Stopped here on our way back from the beach. Chocolate eclairs are very rich and well made. Great place to pick up breads/pastries and cakes
