The lady who took our order was just plain rude and was even worse... read more The service is incredibly poor , the food is not very good and the cleanliness is disgusting. The lady who took our order was just plain rude and was even worse when I received my chicken wings and noticed I was short two wings. When I brought it to her attention she just rolled her eyes and walked off. I was not sure if I was getting my additional wings or not. I do have to note that the lady who brought the additional wings to me was very nice.The cleanliness of the place is incredibly poor. If they are going to have an open kitchen, they really should keep the place clean. The dining area is in poor condition.

Ordered delivery from Wingstop today through Grubhub app,I've tried through their app but it says out of delivery area.I live less than 3 miles from restaurant... read more Ordered delivery from Wingstop today through Grubhub app,I've tried through their app but it says out of delivery area.I live less than 3 miles from restaurant so I have to use Grubhub.I'm disabled so my driving is very limited so I use delivery services quite often.The pictures tell the story I couldn't believe a restaurant or a delivery service would find this acceptable.Not only was delivery bag soaked with oil the whole inside and every carton was covered in it.I called the restaurant immediately and all the guy would say is I'm sorry this happened, he had no reason or explanation how this could happen and really didn't want to find out.I got nothing but I'm sorry.He offered no solution or an offer of a refund.The fries were at the very top of bag and not covered at all that's probably where all the grease came from which is a huge issue in itself.Needless to say my appetite diminished the more I looked at this mess of a delivery order.Luckily the wings were good but majority of celery was rotting and one piece had turned almost to liquid.I'm very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
