Once I was stuck in line with no way to turn around, I was informed that the coff... read more It took 17 minutes to get through the drive-thru with just 8 cars ahead of me. Once I was stuck in line with no way to turn around, I was informed that the coffee bean grinder was broken and they were out of Pike roast. Instead, I was given an Americano, which tasted like mud, and I was charged an extra $1.00 compared to the Dawsonville location. When I inquired about the price difference, the girl at the drive-thru window (who had also dropped the pastry of the car in front of me, further delaying the line) told me to just brew a pot of Folgers at home. THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS WITHIN 100 MILES!

I have never written a review so if you want a honest opinion, here you go:most of the time i come through here and it is wonderful and the people are so nice!... read more I have never written a review so if you want a honest opinion, here you go:most of the time i come through here and it is wonderful and the people are so nice! however, today i went through the drive through and the barista was so incredibly rude, my drink was an absolute mess and she didn’t clean it up when she handed it to me. when i grabbed it and noticed it was spilling she said “oops”. not to mention my drink tasted AWFUL. i usually love this starbucks. if i'm already having a bad day and need a “pick me up”, it’s safe to say i will not be coming to this one.
