Ihop - esville

After waiting 40 minutes and having bigger parties go ahead of my family and I, I finally got up to ask what the wait time was for us since we had been waiting so long. Turns out they never wrote our name down. Little girl Janette is the one that took my name she told me the wait was 25 minutes. Instead of writing our name down she was literally playing on her phone, checking out her socials and chatting with the other girl working with her. Like that’s your host? That’s ridiculous. They should be more attentive!

Our waiters Leo and Bella were absolutely amazing! They always checked up on us and made sure we were good with our food and drinks! My sister and I went there to go celebrate our birthdays and they even sang happy birthday to us! Definitely worth the try! But fair warning, it is super busy and it does take a few minutes to get a table.

This IHOP was bad...and I wasn't expecting much. They prepared my wife's food and then let us know they were out of a KEY element of her breakfast...once the food was delivered to our table. The waitress was thoughtful enough to ask her if she wanted something else, but we had already been waiting on our food for 30 minutes ON TOP of the 20 minutes we waited to be sat. So she decided to just eat it.I got one of the new omlets and everything came out OK but slow like the rest of our food. There was something off at the first bite, I couldn't put my finger on it so tried another bite. I almost gagged!We brought this to our waitresses attention and after she asked a few questions (pancakes were fine, and the add on donut holes were ok) she informed us that she would get my meal taken off the check.My wife and myself assumed we would have a visit from the manager after this many issues, WE NEVER SAW HER! A few minutes go by and the waitress drops off our check. Because I was able to take a single bite of the pancakes and enjoyed the donuts the manager was only able to take off $9 off of a $15 omelet and then another $3 off my wife's meal.Now I wasn't trying to get a free meal, but if there is an issue I do expect it fixed, and it wasn't!!!On the way out I saw the waitress pointing to us and telling the manager we were the ones trying to get a free breakfast!!!I was furious!!! But instead of causing a scene I held my tongue. Needless to say, we will NEVER be going back here!!!

It was wonderful. When I seen the amount of food, I was wishing I order a kid 's meal. The server was excellent. I forgot to write her name down. Like that old commercial: I can 't believe, I ate the whole thing! ?

Went to Ihop to eat. We were seated and never waited on. We sat for 20 minutes. The staff were all on their phones. We walked out and ate at the resturant next door. The tables were dirty and no one was doing anything.
