Lovely place with some gorgeous views. Staff is really kind and helpful, always in a good. Now for the main point, the food: it 's just delicious... From apetizers to main course, ending with the typical dessert . Specialty is cabrito estonado , a centuries old dish of goat (kid) made in the oven. Price is fair for what you eat. Highly recommended!

Beautiful inside and out with really outstanding delicious locally sourced food. Watched them smoking their own sausage in attached adega. I rarely give 5 stars but this place certainly qualifies as a must see.

Uma experiência incrível. O cabrito estonado é uma verdadeira delícia, mas tudo o que lhe antecede não fica atrás. Saliento ainda, a simpatia dos funcionários e do próprio dono, que nos fazem sentir bem recebidos e com vontade de voltar. Quanto ao preço, é mais que justo.

Sublime restaurant, a real gem lost in the middle of the hills, great set menu, with a fab roasted little goat main course, vibrant environment, very polite and engaging guests, good family driven atmosphere and definitely the favourite restaurant of the local people for celebratory meals. If you're around it deserves a visit and to taste really nice regional food.
