Yesterday we had great service. They were busy yet the store looked good. Last experience before this was not good. Husband picked up an online order, the sandwiches were incorrect and just not made well which is why I knocked a star off. I believe it matters who's working. Last night's crew was great. I found hair in my sandwich. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she seemed rude about it, but they did give me a new sandwich.

Actually, new workers need extremely rude and do not give a good service, always my commands wrong.
It has been a long time since I have eaten at Subway and will be my last. The subs have shrunk quite a bit since the last time. Ordered online was not correct.
