Even as five more people joined while we were there, she remained attentive. Our food and drinks arrived quickly, and we never had to ask for anything more than once.

They take gluten-free and celiac preparation seriously, using a special grill for cooking gluten-free bread and other items. It was one of the best meals I've had at a small-town restaurant. The waitress was both cautious and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence that the food I enjoyed was safe.

After placing our order, it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive, despite the fact that there were only six other tables occupied in the restaurant. When our meals finally came, they were cold, and the shredded cheese on top of melted cheese likely indicated that they had been sitting out for too long. The fries were crunchy, which didn’t add to the enjoyment. We brought our concerns to our server, who offered a discount, but after already waiting so long for our food, we weren’t willing to wait any longer for a solution.
