Ordered pizza for delivery, got wrong pizza with different sauce, but today when i called them to redeem the credit on my account, the representative give me the perfect pizza what i want. Although it was very thought to explain on phone because of the poor english skill. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 2

They didn't have mac and cheese, no big deal there. They just substituted, however my gf is a vegetarian and they subbed the mac and cheese for chicken Alfredo without even attempting to consult us. They said that they called us to decide on a substitute for the mac and cheese when they didn't, i even checked my phone history. Im currently on hold and have been since i called 15 minutes ago. Oh also the food had hair in it. Disgusting. Worst pizza hut ive been to.

Probably the best pizza hut experience since the early 2000s. They were very busy but the food came out hot, correct, and cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of toppings and sauce. The crust was soft, not over or under cooked. Very happy with the front counter staff that helped me when I messed up the timing on my online order. We will be back. Service: Take out

Outdoes local pizza places, from my experience so far. High praise for a chain. my only gripe would be that the default amount of toppings they put is too little. wish their buffet would open up again. id pay double what the entry fee used to be.
