There is no better place to enjoy ginger beef or ginger chicken. I always make sure to visit this restaurant whenever I am in town. I have never had a bad meal here and no other Chinese restaurant can compare to Jenny...K's ginger beef or chicken! View all feedback.
What Cecil Luettgen doesn't like about Jenny's:
This is a horrible restaurant. In fact, I think the last time I ate here was 3 years ago. It is that bad. The food is grossly over-priced, and worst of all, they claim to have the best Ginger-beef in Saskatchewan, which is ridiculous considering that the last time I ordered here, I asked for mild ginger beef and was given ginger beef that had NO sauce on it. Seriously, if you want Chinese, don't get it here. View all feedback.
We arrived hoping for a buffet (only so we didn't have to think about what to order). No Buffet, but that was alright! The food we ordered was delicious and plenty of it!! Curry Shrimp.....lots of shrimp and lots of veggies(peppers, onion, baby corn, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & mushrooms) as well the veggies were cooked perfectly....still nice and bright in color and a bit of a crunch! Lemon Ginger Chicken....so lemony with a little spiciness! Really delicious! BBQ Pork Fried Rice.....So much food, had to get take away containers.....but as we observed, every other patron left with take away containers as well. We'll be back, definitely get your money's worth!

Their black bean shrimp is my favourite (I have them hold my little corn cobs - just not a fan!) and the suicide ginger chicken is to die for!
Jenny's menu was given to us at the Western Star. The restaurant is a bit worn on the outside. On the inside, it is unpretentious, with five prints of Napoleon and the Napoleonic Wars and one Asian woodblock print. Since the young waitress asked, "Is that all you want?" I ordered the special of Shanghai noodles and sweet-and-sour chicken. My husband had the ginger chicken and fried rice. We could hear the meals being made, from chopping of vegetables to the sizzling wok. Both meals came on ceramic plates with flower prints; both were the best we have ever had. We, like several other diners, took half our delicious meals to eat the next day. I believe the restaurant's claim to be a Top 100 Chinese Restaurant.
I've never been inside the restaurant but the food is good. Very large portions (dinner for one can feed 2)
